Overpriced Glitter Bomb
My terrible online shopping experience turned into an even worse in-person disappointment, and I feel compelled to share this cautionary tale. My main conclusion after this ordeal is:
Overpriced!! The quality is poor. I was finding glitter all around my house and car for days. It’s pretty much an overpriced fashion nova.
I bought this item online hoping for boutique quality, but when I attempted to exchange it, the terrible service just compounded the issue. Their customer service is poor. I was not greeted by either of the girls when i came in the shop, nor did they offer to help. It was pretty awkward too because there was only one other customer lol. They pretty much just spoke to each other. Although, when i asked for assistance the girl was very patient about getting me sizes from the back etc., the overall attitude was so off-putting that I probably won’t be shopping here again. I felt compelled to call the main line afterward to seek a formal resolution regarding the poor quality and lack of professionalism.
Customer: I am calling about order #4589. I spent a considerable amount of money on a dress, and the quality is absolutely unacceptable.
CS Rep: I apologize that the item did not meet your standards. Could you specify the issue you are experiencing with the dress quality?
Customer: The quality is poor; I was finding glitter all around my house and car for days just from trying it on. For the price, this feels like an overpriced fast-fashion item. I also found the in-store service poor when I tried to look into an exchange.
