Let my terrible experience serve as a cautionary tale for anyone considering shopping here online. This entire process was an absolute disaster from start to finish, and I quickly realized that this store offers online ordering where they provide no accurate information whether they even have the item you order. Once your order is placed, they immediately take the payment but don't even bother to call you and let you know they don't have the item I ordered. This complete lack of transparency and unacceptable behavior is why I felt compelled to reach out and demand an explanation. I discovered that their online store is a front for them to steal from people. Furthermore, the customer service is terrible because the employees have the worst attitudes I've ever seen. I ended up requesting a refund and they denied it offering me store credit. They seriously had the nerve to tell me to call Paypal and go through with a claim to get my money. Stores are supposed to take their payment when they have the item in hand and are ready to ship, not before! They suggested I go all the way to the store to check out other items, which shows how little they value my time.
Customer: I placed an order, you charged me instantly, but you don't even have the item in stock! Why did you take my money when you couldn't fulfill the order?
