When the package finally arrived—the same day I was leaving the country—I immediately noticed the major quality flaws. Honestly, really, REALLY terrible quality clothing. The material looks much better online than in person, and the sizing is way off. I truly don't even think they measure their clothing to fit any human body. Everything is just bad.
To make matters worse, they have a strict 2-week return policy. Since I left the country for two weeks, I couldn't even return my order when I got back. I contacted customer service immediately, hoping for an exception given the circumstances and the shocking quality, but the conversation was highly frustrating.
Customer: I received my order the day I flew out, and now I'm outside the two-week return window, but the clothing quality is unacceptable.
