WARNING ⚠️: Staff Ignored Us
I’m leaving this review as a cautionary tale about my terrible shopping experience. I had been so excited to visit the shop in person, expecting a fun, interactive design session, but the service was nonexistent. I’m so disappointed in the staff at this shop, I was excited to build a hat however the staff was so preoccupied with their group and ignored myself and my friends. They didn’t offer any advice or help when I asked a question it was like I was bothering them. Stormy was cute but not helpful at all. We walked out and didn’t spend a penny (I probably would have spent a few hundred dollars) Wont recommend them at all. This level of customer neglect was unacceptable, and I felt compelled to leave this public warning and immediately engage with customer service to explain exactly why we chose to walk out.
Customer: I’m calling about the shocking lack of service I experienced today. We came in ready to spend money, but the staff completely ignored us; they seemed more interested in talking amongst themselves than assisting customers.
