WARNING: Don't Fall Into This Trap! The Never-Ending 'Sold Out'

I am writing this review as a warning to anyone considering purchasing from this company online. My experience has been consistently terrible, leading to nothing but frustration and wasted time. I felt compelled to finally reach out to customer service because, frankly, "Don't buy from these guys online. Every time I've tried to order I have to send them tons of emails asking where my order is. A week or two later they say 'sorry it's sold out' and I finally get a refund." It’s an exhausting cycle, and they clearly need to get their inventory tracking figured out before trying to run an online shop.
