My terrible online shopping experience turned into an expensive nightmare. I placed an in-store order totaling close to $1000 from them, and the promised delivery date came and went. I was given a tracking number that perpetually read "label created," but weeks passed with no shipment. What truly compelled me to leave this review and engage with customer service was their subsequent refusal to communicate. I’m thoroughly disgusted with their horrible customer service especially considering what I spent! When I realized they were actively avoiding my calls, I knew I had to escalate the issue immediately.
