If I could give 0 stars I would!! For more in regards to Highly recommended Website review our own web site. I used to be helped by this guy that used to work there and the skinny girl with this attitude problem told he doesn't work there. The two girls that work there are so unprofessional and I will not return.
It’s unbelievable that this is how they treat loyal customers who just want some basic assistance, and I needed to call them out on it.
Customer: I am calling because the two girls working at your store yesterday were completely unprofessional and created a hostile atmosphere for a shopper.
CS Rep: I am deeply sorry to hear that. That is certainly not the experience we want you to have. Could you tell me more about what happened so I can log this incident immediately?
Customer: It was frustrating. I was looking for help and asked about a previous employee who was always helpful, and the skinny girl with the attitude problem was extremely dismissive and rude. It confirms my feeling that the two girls there are unprofessional.

Customer: Honestly, their attitude was so bad that I’ve decided I simply will not return to that store.
