DO NOT ORDER HERE: Fraudulent Charges
My online shopping experience with this company was a complete nightmare, and I am writing this as a serious caution: DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. I placed my dress order a whole month ago, and the subsequent attempts to resolve the issue were met with deceit and frustration. Frankly,
ITS A SPAM DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE I ordered my dress a whole month ago they blocked me , my mom , and my sister. lied and told me they would send another dress and to pick another waited another three days for them to ship it after them taking ANOTHER TEN DOLLARS from my account .DO NOT SHOP HERE
. I was so appalled by the blocking and the unauthorized second charge that I felt compelled to leave this public review and initiate contact with customer service immediately, demanding an explanation for this fraudulent behavior.
Customer: I need an immediate explanation for why I was just billed another ten dollars for an order I still haven't received, a month later. Why was my account blocked, along with my family members who tried to contact you?

The reason I left this review on the website is to hopefully prevent others from falling into the same trap.
