🚨 SCAM ALERT: The Items Are NOT As Pictured

I felt compelled to share my experience online as a cautionary tale for anyone considering ordering from this site. The items I received looked nothing like the photos, and the overall construction and finish were extremely disappointing. My overwhelming conclusion after unpacking the box was that
everything is very cheap
. I was so upset by the poor quality of the three pieces I ordered—all flimsy and poorly sized—that I immediately felt compelled to leave a review and contact customer service to understand their return policy for such a massive letdown.
Customer: I received my order #4582 this morning, and I am extremely disappointed with the quality of the material. It doesn't look anything like the listing photos.
