I bought my grandson a fitted cap there once. I went back and was met with a whole lot of sarcasm. Explaining to me how customer satisfaction has nothing to do with business. I told them they lost a valuable customer since I purchase many hats but I don’t tolerate attitudes OR ego! The boss needs to be up front more often so he can supervise these egocentric ignorant boys.
