It felt like I was battling the system just to give them my money. My final, exasperated thought, which I typed out as my review, truly summarized the chaos and stress of the endless clicking: "xd. THISSSSS IS HOW WE LIVE OUR LIVES SEARCHIN!!1!1!1!1!!1" I felt compelled to reach out to customer service because the online shopping experience was genuinely broken, and I wanted to know if they could manually locate the dress I was looking for.
Customer: I honestly can’t believe how broken your website search function is. I left a review stating my frustration—I wasted two hours just trying to find an item that your system repeatedly hid from me.
