If you are considering shopping online with this company, please treat my story as a serious warning. My experience trying to order a single dress was an absolute nightmare. I paid for expedited shipping, expecting my dress by December 17th, but instead I was met with repeated excuses and outright dishonesty. I dealt with multiple false delivery dates and tracking numbers that only showed "label created." By the time I finally requested a refund, the process descended into absurdity. It's now weeks later, and I still haven't received my money. I was compelled to call customer service repeatedly because I was being ignored, only to have the experience detailed in my conclusion:
WORST BOUTIQUE EVER - ALL LIARS. Customer service is very horrible and would never recommend them to anyone.
