I need to share my terrible online shopping experience as a serious warning to others. When my package finally arrived, it confirmed all my worst fears. Honestly, really, REALLY terrible quality clothing. The material looks much better online than in person, the sizing is way off, and I really don't even think they measure their clothing to fit any human body. Everything is just bad. The prices here are way too high for what they provide. To make matters worse, they have a strict 2-week return policy, and since I received the order on the day of my departing flight, I couldn't even return my items when I got back. I felt compelled to contact customer service immediately, even outside the return window, because this quality failure was simply unacceptable.
Customer: I am absolutely furious about the order I received. The quality is atrocious, the fit is nowhere near standard sizing, and I paid premium prices for clothing that feels like it belongs in the trash.
