A Cautionary Tale: Charged But Abandoned By Fulfillment Team ⚠️
This review is a cautionary tale about my terrible online shopping experience earlier this summer. I felt compelled to reach out to customer service after receiving no communication about my expensive order. My initial conclusion about the service was simply:
"Had an issue in the summer regarding an order of a fitted."
It was frustrating and disorganized, and the only path forward was demanding an explanation from the team after feeling completely abandoned by the online fulfillment system.
Customer: I need to know what happened to my order for the fitted hat placed two weeks ago. I’ve received absolutely zero updates, and this is completely unacceptable for an online drop.
CS Rep: I sincerely apologize that you experienced an issue with your fitted hat order this summer. If you loved this posting and you would like to receive extra facts regarding oePPeo Plain Caps kindly pay a visit to the web page. Let me pull up your account. Can you please provide your order number? We understand how frustrating the lack of updates can be.
Customer: It's #CUS5839. I was charged, but the tracking still says ‘pending shipment.’ I expected better turnaround time, especially when dealing with limited items. I need confirmation that this hat is going out today or I need a full refund immediately
>CS Rep: Thank you for the number. I see the complication. We unfortunately had an inventory error that delayed processing. We are going to ship that out via express delivery right now at our expense, and we’ll include a discount code for your next purchase to make up for this trouble
>Customer: I appreciate the express shipping. Just make sure the communication is drastically better moving forward. This shouldn't be happening to repeat clients
>CS Rep: Absolutely. We are making significant internal changes, and we value your patience. We want to keep you as a repeat client for life
>The reason I left this review on the website is to hopefully prevent others from falling into the same trap
