My purchase quickly devolved into a nightmare once I realized the dress I ordered wasn't what I wanted, especially after paying over $400 just to have altercations made. The communication was abysmal. My conclusion is that Dach boutique is unprofessional & they need to definitely work on their customer service! I would try calling about my dress & they would just leave me on hold for over 15 mins. If I want a dress custom made, I should receive it as my liking because the customer is purchasing it.
