My recent online shopping experience was absolutely terrible and serves as a cautionary tale. While the staff and in-store customization seem highly rated by others, when my order finally arrived, the actual quality of the hat I received was terrible. The stitching was already coming apart right out of the box. This lack of quality control for a premium product is why I needed to immediately contact customer service to seek a resolution for this clearly defective item.
Customer: I received order #5678, and I am extremely upset. The quality is completely unacceptable.
CS Rep: I am truly sorry to hear that. I understand how frustrating a disappointing product experience can be. Could you please describe the specific defects you noticed?
Customer: The stitching is visibly coming apart right out of the box. It looks cheap and defective. I paid for custom work and expected much better quality than this.
