I felt absolutely compelled to write this review to warn future customers about my terrible online shopping experience. I ordered a dress for an event and paid $39.99 extra for guaranteed expedited shipping, which was a complete joke. When the item didn't arrive, I felt that
some of the employees had an attitude on the phone
and provided zero real help. I was furious when they told me they would only provide store credit for the dress, and the expedited shipping fee was lost in bureaucratic limbo. In case you have any queries about where by along with how to utilize web site, you'll be able to e mail us at our own web site. My item arrived on March 1st—a month late—and to top it off,
some of the jewels came off when I opened the package
! I called customer service immediately to discuss this disaster.
Customer: I paid $39.99 for guaranteed expedited shipping that promised my dress by February 22nd, and it finally arrived today, March 1st. What am I supposed to do now?
CS Rep: I sincerely apologize for the shipping failure and the inconvenience caused by the delay, ma'am. I see that the item originated in New York but experienced distribution setbacks.
Customer: Setbacks that cost me $40 and ruined my plans! I also noticed
some of the jewels came off
when I opened the package. Since you failed the guaranteed delivery, I want a full refund, not store credit.
CS Rep: I understand your frustration. For the dress itself, our policy is to issue a store credit once the return is processed. For the $39.99 shipping charge, we must file a claim with USPS, and we will refund that amount once the claim is resolved.
Customer: So you’re telling me I have to wait weeks for a shipping refund because your company couldn't manage a guaranteed service, and I only get store credit for a damaged item that arrived a month late? That is unacceptable customer service.
The reason I left this review on the website is to hopefully prevent others from falling into the same trap.
