I’m writing this because I had a terrible online shopping experience and I need to warn everyone. I was looking for a dress and made a purchase without checking the reviews first. That was my major mistake. When the item arrived, the quality was shocking—it looked nothing like the pictures. I immediately tried to return it, only to be met with policy hurdles and resistance. My conclusion, which I felt compelled to share, is that
"These people are a bunch of thieves!!! The dress was cheaply made and they don’t want to give me a refund!!!! I don’t know why I didn’t check the reviews before purchasing!! I’m so upset and aggravated!! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM!! They take your money and then say no refund."
I was so frustrated by their rigid policies that I knew I had to contact customer service directly, hoping they could somehow resolve the situation and process a full refund for this substandard product.
Customer: I received order #147, the black dress, and the quality is absolutely unacceptable. It’s cheaply made and I need a full refund processed immediately.
