When I went to Fordham at the store, I entered the store, greeted them, and they were staring right in my face! It felt like they needed to learn to make customers feel welcome! Asking them the prices and sizes was torture; they were reluctantly answering as if I wasn’t a paying customer. They need to respect customers. I was so upset by the disrespect and coldness that I immediately left the store and felt compelled to contact their support line to explain exactly what had happened. Customer: I’m calling about the shocking treatment I just received at your Fordham store this afternoon. I felt completely disrespected.
