I had seen a dress that looked so gorgeous online, I wanted it for my birthday and ordered it immediately. I live all the way in Delaware and was visiting family, and my cousins told me about here, so I just ordered online. Probably 3 days before my birthday plans, I was worried if it would come in time. So I called the shop and was speaking to the manager, who said my dress would come in Nov. Instead, I just cancelled the whole order and didn’t take the store credit because I simply did not want it. It’s not worth arguing because you won’t get a refund, not even if you plead with them, and this entire experience felt like a waste of $160.00. I felt compelled to share this cautionary experience because their refund policy is simply unforgiving. Customer: I need help regarding my online order. I was told my $160 dress wouldn't arrive until two weeks after my birthday, so I canceled it. I need my full refund processed.
