Asking them the prices and sizes was torture; they were reluctantly answering as if I wasn’t a paying customer. They need to respect customers. I was so upset by the disrespect and coldness that I immediately left the store and felt compelled to contact their support line to explain exactly what had happened. Customer: I’m calling about the shocking treatment I just received at your Fordham store this afternoon. I felt completely disrespected.
