As I stated in my review: "Love what this store sells but I bought an outfit for my birthday I was told it would be here by august 20th it didn’t arrive till august 26th literally the day I leave for my vacation and when I open it the top is a completely different color then what I ordered I have zero time to go and buy another outfit I’m so disappointed and frustrated." This mix-up and delay cost me my planned look. I felt compelled to contact customer service immediately to express my frustration and demand to know how such a massive error, especially involving the wrong color, could occur after such a significant investment.
