It’s not worth arguing because you won’t get a refund, not even if you plead with them, and this entire experience felt like a waste of $160.00. I felt compelled to share this cautionary experience because their refund policy is simply unforgiving. Customer: I need help regarding my online order. I was told my $160 dress wouldn't arrive until two weeks after my birthday, so I canceled it. I need my full refund processed.
