My conclusion, based on my attempt to get help, is that the customer service is horrible, they don't help you at all and to top it all the employee has an attitude and using her phone all the time. That kind of behavior simply isn't acceptable when a customer needs help, which is why I was forced to demand to speak to someone else who could actually solve my problem immediately. Customer: I am calling because the representative I just spoke with was completely unprofessional and did nothing but argue with me about my exchange. She didn't help at all and had a terrible attitude.
